Breast Enlargement Exercises

A lot of women are unsatisfied with the size of their bust. To get good looking, perky boobs some women even do surgery. This is the quickest and simple method to increase your breast size, but it is not natural.

How it helps

Doing the exercises will force boobs to develop because training assist in building the glandular, fat tissue and the pectoral muscle in the chest. If you do breast workout, you are training all of the chest muscles, and it will enlarge your boobs and make them toned.


This is the most traditional way to work on your chest area. To do this exercise, place both palms on the floor. Arms and feet are widths apart. Then, lower down yourself by bending your elbow inward. Push yourself up again.

If you feel that it is too hard on your toes, you can kneel while doing this exercise.

Elevated Push-ups

This exercise won’t be easy. Yet, it works the most out of your pectoral muscles. It is very similar to the regular push-up. This time, however, you elevate your legs by using the edge of a chair, a swiss ball or anything that can hold your legs up higher than your body.

Chest dip

This exercise will not only work on your chest muscles but your triceps as well. You can do chest dip simply by using the edge of a chair or a bench. Another way to do it is to squat down on the floor, your knees being pointed up while your palms are on the floor, just behind you. Then, lower yourself down by bending your elbows. Before you touch the ground, push yourself up.

Dumbbell fly

To do this exercise, you need to take dumbbells. Here is how to do it.

  • Hold dumbbells tightly;
  • Expand your arms parallel to the ground;
  • Lift the dumbbells over.

Reverse dumbbell flys

This exercise is very similar to the dumbbell fly. However, the reverse dumbbell is harder to do. Here is how you do it

  • Lie down on a bench downwards;
  • Wave your arms, keeping the dumbbells outwards and away from the ground.
